TaiChi

Tai Chi Chuan is a physical art, an internal martial art that enhances the health of the body, mind and spirit.  Tai Chi moves the body's muscles & joints through a series of movements done in conjunction with deep regulated breathing. It enhances the flow of chi, and helps to balance yin and yang. Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages.
