Les Mills - BODYFLOW™
Be the calm in the storm.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses set to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYFLOW™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
You will begin with flowing Tai Chi moves to center and warm your body. Your instructor will then take your through various yoga and pilates sequences to tone and strengthen your key muscle groups. Poses and stretches are used to create suppleness and flexibility. The final ten minutes are set aside for the widely acknowledged mental and physiological benefits of meditation which also enhances the effects of the exercise.

How often should I do BODYFLOW™?
Most people feel the benefits of doing BODYFLOW™ once a week, but some enjoy it so much they take it several times per week.
What do I wear and bring to BODYFLOW™?
Wear comfortable clothing. You will do the class in your bare feet, so don't worry about shoes! You should bring a yoga mat along.
