Silver & Fit® is a fun, low-impact, and low-intensity cardio workout that focuses on coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance.  This class is ideal for mature adults, beginners and infrequent exercisers.

How fit do I need to be to take Silver & Fit®?


If you haven't exercised in awhile or you need a low-impact, low-intensity workout, this is a perfect class for you.   If you have any concens about your abilities, our instructors are happy to discuss those concerns with you and will modify exercises for you if needed. 


How often should I do Silver & Fit®?


If you do Silver & Fit two times per week you’ll feel fitter and stronger.


What should I wear/bring to Silver & Fit®?
