What does Personal Training involve?
- Initial consultation: Medical and exercise history, short and long term goals, appropriate fitness testing, fitness evaluation including blood pressure, weight check and body fat composition. From this consultation, the trainer will develop your "exercise prescription" - a workout appropriate for your goals, needs and fitness level.
- Training Sessions: Instruction and guidance through your personalized workout. These sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the trainer and the client.
